What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. Standard non-personalised items bought online can normally be returned in line with UK distance-selling rules. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t as described, contact us and we’ll put it right. Personalised and custom-made products are treated differently because they are made specifically for you.
Can I return a personalised or custom order?
Because personalised and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they normally can’t be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind. This doesn’t affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
When will I get my order?
Most of our products are 3D printed to order, so please allow time for us to make and prepare your item before dispatch. Your estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking information when your order is on its way.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay, so you’ll always be able to see the delivery charge before completing your order.
