    Ordering is simple! 🚀 1️⃣ Choose your favorite photo (high-quality images work best). 2️⃣ Upload your image before adding the item to your cart. Our system won’t let you check out without an upload. 3️⃣ We’ll process your image and turn it into a beautiful lithophane. 4️⃣ Your custom piece will be printed and shipped to your doorstep!
  • How long does it take to make and ship my lithophane?
    ⏳ We typically process and print orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!
  • What is a lithophane?
    A lithophane is a 3D-printed image that comes to life when placed in front of a light source. The varying thicknesses of the print create a detailed, glowing effect, revealing your photo in stunning clarity.
  • Can I use any light source for my lithophane?
    Yes! Lithophanes work best with: 💡 LED lamps 🌞 Natural sunlight 📱 Even a phone flashlight in a dark room will make your lithophane glow!
  • What size are the lithophanes?
    We offer 2 sizes, 7.5cm x 10cm and a larger 10cm x 15cm, both with a built-in bottom ledge for easy display. If you need a different size, feel free to contact us!
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?
    Since each lithophane is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right!
  • What kind of images work best?
    For the best results, use: ✔ High-resolution photos 📸 ✔ Clear and well-lit images (avoid dark or blurry pictures) ✔ Close-up portraits or high-contrast scenes for the most depth
