We are based in the North West of the UK. All products are designed and manufactured in-house, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and clear communication.

Yes. All designs are created to look visually strong both lit and unlit, making them suitable as decorative pieces during the day as well as illuminated displays at night.

A RabuBox is a decorative lightbox designed to combine visual design with soft ambient lighting. Each piece is created in-house and designed to work as both a feature object and a subtle light source.

Our lightboxes are powered via USB. Full power and usage details are included with each product.

RabuBoxes are ideal for desks, shelves, bedrooms, and bedside tables. They are designed to fit comfortably into modern living spaces without being intrusive.

For personalised products, you will be prompted to enter your text or upload your image during the ordering process. Clear instructions are provided on each product page.

Clear, well-lit photos with good contrast work best. Images that are sharp and not overly dark typically produce the best results when illuminated.

Production times vary depending on the product and whether it is personalised. Estimated lead times are 48hrs + delivery time.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly for personalised items.

Non-personalised items can usually be returned in line with our returns policy. Personalised products are made to order and are not eligible for return unless faulty. Full details are available on our Returns page.
