Ordering is simple! 🚀

1️⃣ Choose your favorite photo (high-quality images work best).

2️⃣ Upload your image before adding the item to your cart. Our system won’t let you check out without an upload.

3️⃣ We’ll process your image and turn it into a beautiful lithophane.

4️⃣ Your custom piece will be printed and shipped to your doorstep!

For the best results, use:

✔ High-resolution photos 📸

✔ Clear and well-lit images (avoid dark or blurry pictures)

✔ Close-up portraits or high-contrast scenes for the most depth

We offer 2 sizes, 7.5cm x 10cm and a larger 10cm x 15cm, both with a built-in bottom ledge for easy display. If you need a different size, feel free to contact us!

⏳ We typically process and print orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!

Since each lithophane is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right!
